j555 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "j555", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the j555 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://j555.io.
• "Platform" means the j555 website, mobile interface, and all associated services, products, and features available at https://j555.io.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the j555 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the j555 Platform.
• "BDT ৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which balances, transactions, and payouts are denominated on the j555 Platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a sports betting market or casino game offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive offered to Players by j555 subject to specific promotion terms.
• "Know Your Customer" (KYC) means the identity and document verification process that j555 may require Players to complete before processing withdrawals or as required for account security purposes.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the j555 Platform, creating an Account, or placing a Bet or Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the j555 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the j555 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and j555 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The j555 Platform is strictly for adults. You must be 21 years of age or older to register an Account or place any Bet or Wager on the Platform. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. j555 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where age verification cannot be confirmed.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Registering multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending winnings held therein.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide complete and accurate information at the time of registration and keep that information up to date throughout your use of the Platform. j555 is not liable for any loss resulting from your provision of inaccurate or incomplete registration information. Material misrepresentation during registration may result in immediate Account closure.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

The j555 Platform is operated and marketed for players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. j555 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

4. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account.

j555 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials confidential. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify j555 immediately at [email protected].

You are responsible for all activity — including all Bets and financial transactions — that occurs under your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

j555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all denominated in BDT ৳: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary. j555 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts are determined by the selected payment method and will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. j555 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which j555 accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within standard business hours. Withdrawals to mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) typically complete within 10 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. j555 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Source of Funds

All funds deposited into your j555 Account must be from a payment source registered in your own name. You warrant that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. Any suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent deposit activity will result in immediate Account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.

5.5 Currency

All Account balances, Bets, Wagers, and payouts on the j555 Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). j555 does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than BDT ৳.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All Bets placed on the j555 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market or game in question. These rules are available within the relevant section of the Platform and are updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any Bet.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed on the Platform at the time of placing a Bet and may be varied by j555 at any time without prior notice, including on a per-account basis where j555 determines that risk management or responsible gaming considerations require such variation.

6.3 Void Bets and Technical Errors

j555 reserves the right to void any Bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a system error, data feed failure, or human input error. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to your Account balance. j555 also reserves the right to void Bets where there is evidence of match-fixing, corrupt play, or any other irregular activity affecting the integrity of the relevant sporting event.

6.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets on cricket and other sports are subject to real-time odds fluctuations. A Bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the Platform. j555 accepts no liability for delays in Bet acceptance caused by network latency, connection issues, or other technical factors outside j555's direct control.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

j555 may offer Bonuses and promotions to Players from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all j555 Bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be restricted by account status, geography, or prior promotional participation.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each Bonus will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any Bonus not used within the specified validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• j555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of Bonuses — including but not limited to exploitation of technical errors, coordinated multi-account abuse, or wagering patterns designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent — will result in Bonus forfeiture and may result in Account closure.
• Only one Bonus may be active at any time unless the promotion terms explicitly permit the combination of multiple offers.

8. Responsible Gaming

j555 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all Players. The Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. j555 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings to control your spending.
• Session Time Controls: Set time limits on your gaming sessions to manage the amount of time you spend on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without permanently closing your Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the j555 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable for a minimum period of six months.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j555 Platform. Engagement in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt conduct affecting sporting events listed on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players in casino games, particularly live poker or live table games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems to generate profit — commonly referred to as "arbing" in its abusive form.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering or any conduct designed to conceal the origin of funds transacted through the Platform.
• Impersonating any other person or entity, or providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the j555 Platform — including but not limited to the j555 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of j555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any j555 content without the express prior written consent of j555.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the j555 Platform, including but not limited to loss of Bets or Wagers, loss of Account funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.

j555 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or data loss. While j555 takes reasonable technical precautions to maintain Platform availability and security, temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond j555's control does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit j555's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

j555 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

j555 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Your payment details are handled in accordance with applicable data security standards and are never stored in plain text on j555 systems.

13. Amendments to These Terms

j555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, j555 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via the contact details held on their Account.

Your continued use of the j555 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish, close your Account by contacting j555 support at [email protected].

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the j555 Platform should in the first instance be submitted to j555 customer support at [email protected] for resolution. j555 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly, typically within five business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
